Role Overview
This role focuses on the resale (secondary market) of residential properties. Your responsibilities include:
- Sourcing exclusive listings and maintaining strong seller relationships
- Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
- Organizing and hosting viewings for potential buyers
- Coordinating negotiations and offers
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for agents preferably with a proven record of closing deals in the secondary market.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate
- Excellent command of English; second language an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Familiar with Dubai communities and legal processes
Required Skills:
- Proven success in property resales
- Strong community knowledge (e.g., Marina, Downtown, Palm)
- RERA certification is a plus

Compensation
A competitive commission structure will be offered with guaranteed commission during the first few months. The final package is negotiable based on experience.
