Job Description:
Jazeerat Al Hadeed Metallic CONT IND LLC is looking for a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience specifically in steel fabrication and structural installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for steel and structural projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to develop detailed BOQs.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for cost control and quantity verification.
- Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotes and assist in procurement planning.
- Monitor budgets, variations, and maintain cost tracking reports.
- Assist with contract administration, progress claims, and project closeouts.
- Ensure project compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in quantity surveying for steel fabrication and structural works.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., PlanSwift, CCS, etc.).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
