Job Description:
We are seeking a female Arabic-speaking / Quotation Officer to join our team at an active construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, assisting with documentation, and communicating effectively in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format quotations based on site requirements and material/labor specifications.
- Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather necessary details.
- Translate and draft documents in English and Arabic as needed.
- Coordinate with the site team to ensure timely submission of quotations and updates.
- Assist in day-to-day site administration and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
Requirements:
- Female candidate, fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and proficient in English (typing and communication).
- Prior experience in construction or site-based quotation work is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
