Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential investors with property consultancy needs.
- Maintain client relationships through calls and emails.
- Secure consultancy deals by preparing and presenting proposals.
- Market and promote property listings to attract buyers and tenants.
- Conduct market research to identify profitable investment opportunities.
- Stay updated on real estate regulations and maintain professional networks.
- Liaise with landlords, clients, legal professionals, and agents.
- Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on property investments and purchasing decisions.
- Ensure long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage, with expertise in resale and rental transactions.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to join immediately.
License/Certification
UAE Driving License (Preferred)
