Job Overview:
We are hiring a Chinese-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our professional team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and English, have strong communication skills, and a passion for real estate. You will work closely with Chinese-speaking clients, helping them navigate the property buying, selling, or renting process in Dubai, while providing expert advice on investment opportunities and the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Chinese-speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai
- Provide clear and accurate explanations of property documents, legal procedures, and contracts
- Conduct property viewings and consultations in Mandarin and English

- Provide market insights, area knowledge, and accurate property valuations
- Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD policies and procedures
- Stay updated with current market conditions, property trends, and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
- Promote property listings through online portals, CRM systems, and social media
- Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in real estate sales or a strong background in sales/customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property laws (training will be provided if needed)
- Presentable, client-focused, and self-driven personality
