We are seeking experienced telesales professionals who can convert hot leads into buyers, have deep knowledge of Dubai off-plan projects, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients interested in off-plan real estate
- Promote luxury and investment property opportunities across Dubai
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable off-plan property solutions
- Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups
- Book appointments for senior real estate consultants
- Update client information and activity logs in CRM systems
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service over the phone
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE real estate market is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property sector
- Fluent in English; Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication, closing, and negotiation skills
- UAE resident and available to join immediately
- Energetic, ambitious, and target-oriented with a proven closing ability
- Must be comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-reward sales environment
