Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and driven Real Estate Marketing Executive to lead and execute our property marketing strategies in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and be skilled in digital marketing, branding, social media, and lead generation. You will work closely with agents, photographers, designers, and listing teams to promote properties and build our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new property listings (residential & commercial)
- List properties on major portals like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and update them regularly
- Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Coordinate photography, videography, drone shoots, and virtual tours for listings
- Design digital flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials
- Manage email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts for promotions and listings
- Track performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
- Work with SEO/SEM to boost company visibility in Google and property portals
- Stay updated on real estate trends in Dubai to align marketing strategies accordingly
- Support the agents with lead generation and campaign performance reports
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate portals and marketing best practices
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills
- Familiarity with social media ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and Google Ads
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
