Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi.
- Provide market insights, investment advice, and property valuations.
- Conduct property viewings and facilitate negotiations.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and investors.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or investment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and legal framework.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
