Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic commission-based Real Estate Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, well-versed in the UAE property market, and driven to succeed in a results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through online platforms, referrals, and networking
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed insights to clients
- Negotiate deals and prepare relevant documents/contracts
- Stay up to date on market trends, prices, and regulations
- Build long-term relationships with clients and property owners
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English & Hindi (Arabic or other language is a plus)
- UAE driving license and own car
