Role Overview
As an Off-Plan Sales Agent, you will focus on promoting and closing sales of off-plan residential and investment properties in Dubai. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with developers and staying up to date on new project launches
- Generating leads and following up through CRM, social media, and events
- Presenting investment opportunities to clients with tailored recommendations
- Conducting virtual and in-person presentations and site visits
- Supporting clients from enquiry to closing, including document coordination
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for experienced, sharp, and savvy sales agents preferably with a strong track record in Dubai’s off-plan real estate sector.
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
- Fluent in English; a second language is a plus (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.)
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends and developer landscape
- Proven sales record in real estate (off-plan experience ideal)
- CRM proficiency (e.g., PropSpace or similar)
- Developer and project knowledge
Compensation
A competitive commission structure will be offered with guaranteed commission during the first few months. The final package is negotiable for the right candidate.
