Wizhull Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage LLC is expanding its team and actively hiring experienced Secondary Market Real Estate Agents for its Dubai office. If you're well-versed in ready property transactions, have solid negotiation skills, and want to work with a supportive team, this is your next big move.
Key Responsibilities:
- List, market, and sell ready-to-move-in residential and commercial properties
- Handle buying, selling, and leasing transactions for secondary properties in Dubai
- Conduct market research and comparative market analysis (CMA) for property valuations
- Generate leads through online portals, networking, referrals, and company databases
- Arrange and attend property viewings, client meetings, and closing negotiations
- Maintain a strong pipeline of listings and qualified buyers
- Stay updated with Dubai Land Department regulations and RERA compliance
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, freehold areas, and ready properties
- Solid closing experience in resale property deals
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and client service skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and property listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- RERA certification is preferred
