Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team in Ajman. This is a standout opportunity for a goal-oriented real estate professional who excels in leadership, business development, and long-term client relationship building.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in real estate sales
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing 5+ active Property Consultants
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle for client meetings and property viewings
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Deliver regular training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
What We Offer
- Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
