Requirements
- Minimum three years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of five or more Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensuring achievement of KPIs and performance targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market presence
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and support to team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making
- Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and industry networking events
