Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by leading and managing our sales team. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in Dubai's real estate market, particularly with Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and product knowledge (both off-plan and secondary market).
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance sales culture.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent as required.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both off-plan projects and secondary market properties to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to identify new opportunities and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Set individual and team sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales client relationship management.
- Client & Developer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, investors, and developers.
- Represent Shanyraq Properties LLC at industry events, networking functions, and property launches.
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics sales volume, conversion rates, agent productivity to senior management.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Compliance & Market Knowledge:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including new developments, pricing trends, and legal frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Dubai real estate market minimum 5+ years experience.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in both off-plan and secondary market segments.
- RERA certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market, key developers, and communities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid UAE Driver's License.
