Job Title: Real Estate Sales Officer

Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Team Leader
Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the local real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and property site visits.
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide detailed information about available properties.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and property documents.
- Maintain an updated database of clients and properties.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after closing deals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties via social media, ads, and open houses.
- Handle negotiation processes and ensure all terms of the agreement are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and legal guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
