About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Realtor to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent buyers, sellers, and renters in real estate transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses.
- Provide market insights and property evaluations.
- Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws and trends.
- Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals and outreach.
- Collaborate with developers and other agents to access exclusive listings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid UAE real estate license.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English; other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
