Position Summary
The Front Desk Administrator provides excellent customer service, greets visitors, manages incoming calls, and performs various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments, and meetings, and manage calendars as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures at the front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
