We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks while ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Coordinate with internal departments to relay messages or requests
- Order and manage office supplies for the front desk area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in English
- Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
