Job Title: Receptionist/Marketing support

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist who will be the face of our company and also assist in managing social media leads. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with digital engagement, ensuring a seamless customer experience both in-person and online. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Maintain a neat and organized reception area
Manage meeting room bookings and office supplies
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with general administrative support as needed
Social Media Lead Management:
Monitor the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Forward qualified leads to the sales or marketing team
Maintain a log of leads and follow-up status
Assist with basic content posting or scheduling, if required
Collaborate with the marketing team on online customer engagement
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or admin/marketing training is a plus)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
Familiarity with using social media platforms for business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Organized, multitasker, and able to prioritize tasks
Customer-focused with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic knowledge of CRM or social media tools is an advantage
