The Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, playing a key role in front-desk management and administrative support. This position is essential for maintaining smooth communication and fostering a welcoming atmosphere within the training center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
- Respond to inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and admissions
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Support student registration and handle related documentation
- Arrange appointments and manage calendars for academic and administrative staff
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries, and handle routine correspondence
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required
- Assist the admin and HR departments with data entry and file management
- Provide general support during events, workshops, and training sessions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative/customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiarity with student registration processes is a plus
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
