Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the daily operations of the hotel’s recreation facilities, including pool, gym, and leisure areas.
· Greet and assist guests, ensuring their safety, comfort, and enjoyment.
· Provide towels, equipment, and amenities as needed.
· Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of all recreation areas.
· Support in organizing guest activities and recreational programs.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
· Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the supervisor.
· Handle guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
