Position Overview
The Relationship Executive (FX & CFDs) will be responsible for building, managing, and growing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires strong knowledge of FX & CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and client servicing. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and clients, providing trading support, onboarding assistance, and market insights where required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with retail and institutional traders.
- Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, deposits/withdrawals, and platform usage.
- Provide personalized support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
2. Business Development & Sales Support
- Support the sales team in acquiring new clients through referrals and lead follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional trading products and services.
- Assist in client retention campaigns, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
3. Market & Product Knowledge
- Provide clients with basic market updates and product information (without giving investment advice).
- Stay updated with FX & CFD market trends, platform features, and new product offerings.
- Educate clients on platform tools (MT4/MT5, WebTrader, mobile apps).
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all client interactions adhere to regulatory guidelines (MiFID II, ESMA, FCA, CySEC, DFSA, ASIC, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
- Assist compliance teams with KYC/AML verification and documentation.
5. Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or support within the FX & CFD industry.
- Strong knowledge of FX & CFD products, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and brokerage operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver under pressure.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, or Russian are a plus).
6. Preferred Skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and client reporting tools.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, dealing desk, and compliance teams.
