Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations for guests via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
- Provide information about room rates, availability, and hotel services.
- Ensure accurate guest details are entered into the reservation system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations.
- Handle guest complaints and issues with grace, providing the best possible solution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation database.
- Assist with pre-arrival guest services and requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Gender Requirement: Female (Due to operational requirements)
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in reservation software (e.g., Opera, Sabre, WinCloud or similar systems).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
