As a Residential Sales Consultant, you’ll be the trusted advisor for clients navigating the residential property market. From cozy apartments to luxury villas, you’ll help buyers and sellers make informed decisions while delivering a seamless and personalized experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance on features, pricing, and location benefits
- Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals, marketing, and follow-ups
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and integrity
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential communities and lifestyle offerings
