Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant located in Business Bay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and drive customer satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high service standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality food preparation
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage supply orders to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a focus on continuous improvement
- Work closely with upper management to innovate and expand offerings, including meal plan services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (required)
- Good with numbers and basic Excel proficiency
- Flexible working hours and a strong work ethic
- Innovative mindset with the ability to drive operational improvements
