Job Description:
As a Coordinator for our tailoring shop specializing in supplying scrubs to clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Order Management:
- Receive and process client orders for scrubs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the tailoring team to schedule production and delivery timelines.
- Maintain order records and update inventory accordingly.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on orders, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding fabric options, customization requests, and pricing.
Quality Control:
- Inspect finished scrubs for quality and accuracy before delivery to ensure they meet client specifications and shop standards.
- Coordinate with the tailoring team to address any quality issues and implement corrective measures as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of fabric, thread, and other materials required for scrub production.
- Place orders for materials as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and meet client demand.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist in promoting the shop's scrub products through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as brochures and product catalogs.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining client databases, preparing invoices, and processing payments.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the shop.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of tailoring or garment production processes is a plus.
