Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell personal loan products from major UAE banks
- Conduct outdoor sales, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients
- Educate customers on loan terms, eligibility, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and bank policies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of UAE experience in personal loan sales or banking
- Strong knowledge of personal loan processes and financial documentation
- Target-oriented, confident, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or open to relocate
