Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and qualified DOH Registered Nurse to join our home care team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role where the nurse will travel to patients' homes to provide medical care and support as per treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular home visits to assess, monitor, and care for patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients’ health status and record progress
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during care delivery
Requirements:
- Valid DOH (HAAD) Registered Nurse License or Eligibility
- Previous experience in home care nursing preferred
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a patient schedule
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
