Legaly Experts Corporate Services Providers LLC is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support our sales operations, provide excellent customer care, and ensure smooth communication with clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales proposals.
- Assist the sales team with client communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate support.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling client inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Freshers in UAE with prior minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales administration, customer care, or a related field from home country
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
