We are looking for a dynamic and well-informed Sales & Customer Service to represent and promote UAE government visa services, with a special focus on the Golden Visa, residency programs, and immigration-related transactions. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and residents, providing accurate information, assisting with applications, and increasing public awareness of UAE immigration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote UAE Golden Visa and other visa/residency programs to eligible individuals, investors, professionals, and business owners.
- Educate the public and potential applicants on eligibility criteria, required documents, and application processes for UAE government immigration services.
- Assist walk-in clients, respond to inquiries, and guide them through online and in-person visa/immigration processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, public relations, or visa consultancy, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE residency regulations, especially the Golden Visa and related categories.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and/or other languages (Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
Work Environment:
- Based at visa service centers, malls, expos, and other high-traffic locations.
- May include fieldwork at business hubs, universities, or free zones.
