Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the exhibitions and events advertising sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior experience in B2B event sales or exhibition services is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients for exhibition booth design, event branding, and promotional services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming exhibitions or events.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, and industry events.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events, exhibitions, or advertising services.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with event logistics, branding materials, and exhibition setups is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
