Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and client coordination.
- Prepare and maintain sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Assist in following up with customers for inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client communication, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including database management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a Sales/Administrative support role, preferably in trading or renewable energy.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
