We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Business Development Assistant Manager to support and drive sales strategy and business growth initiatives within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling OEM and dealership relationships and have a strong understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of short and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Generate new sales and manage key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement business development activities across assigned regions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Coordinate commercial discussions with OEMs and dealerships.
- Conduct sales forecasting and drive the execution of the sales plan.
- Maintain market awareness and leverage competitive intelligence.
- Analyze sales data and provide performance insights to management.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and build new client networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Designers, Engineers) for product development and feedback.
- Manage sales operations, scheduling, and administrative reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in the automotive sector.
- Proven experience with OEMs and dealership networks in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and market research.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
