Sales Associate for Commercial Kitchen Equipment (B2B)
Location: Sharjah Branch
Al Taqah Kitchens is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of commercial kitchen equipment to restaurants, hotels, cafes, and other establishments.
Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month, plus commission.
Working Hours: Flexible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new business leads and potential clients in the F&B and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, providing expert advice and solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring all terms are met and client satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in F&B sales or commercial kitchen equipment sales in the MENA region.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must possess a valid UAE driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Conversational and professional proficiency in the English language is required.
- A proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach to sales.
- Ability to work effectively and independently with flexible hours.
