About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team at VHelp, an online home services platform. Your primary responsibility will be to convert pre-generated leads into sales for maid services and deep cleaning. This is a target-driven role with excellent growth opportunities for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert provided leads into sales for maid services & deep cleaning.
- Follow up with potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, and close deals efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM.
- Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales/business development (preferred in home services, maid agencies, or cleaning companies).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Hindi & English fluency is a must).
- Strong persuasion & closing skills – ability to turn leads into paying customers.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely (WFH).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided if needed).
