Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property sales, leasing, and client portfolios.
- Specialize in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with admin team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company protocols.
- Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and deal closures.
- Commit to achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong understanding of market strategies and legal documentation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficient in multiple languages is an advantage.
