Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins.
- Understand client needs and provide expert advice on study abroad and immigration options.
- Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and recommend suitable programs or services.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed enrollments or applications.
- Maintain accurate client data using CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest visa, immigration, and education policies to guide clients correctly.
- Represent Abroad Routes with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first approach.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages like Hindi, Arabic, or Urdu are a plus).
- Strong client-handling skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Good understanding of global education and immigration processes (training provided if needed).
- Proficient in using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and other digital tools.
