We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property showings, site visits, and open houses.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Provide accurate information about market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers and ensure smooth transaction closure.
- Prepare and review necessary documentation such as agreements, contracts, and leasing forms.
- Maintain and update CRM with client data and sales activity.
- Stay updated on the real estate market trends, developments, and competition. Work closely with marketing and admin teams to promote listings and generate interest.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (preferred).
- Strong understanding of the local property market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools. Valid real estate license (if required by region).

Compensation:
