A Sales Consultant in a company formation business is responsible for guiding entrepreneurs through the process of establishing their businesses, primarily focusing on selling company setup services. They identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions for company formation, licensing, visas, and other related requirements. They manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing deals and ensure a smooth handover to operations and compliance teams.
Job Resposibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements.
- Provide expert advice on company formation, licensing, visa processing, and other regulatory matters.
- Develop customized business setup strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Collaborate with government authorities, banks, and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess business opportunities.
- Assist clients in opening corporate bank accounts and obtaining necessary financial services.
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business setup consultancy, in the UAE market with 4-6 years of experience in the same position
- In-depth knowledge of UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
- Familiarity with banking procedures and financial services in the UAE.
