Responsibilities: - Engage with prospective clients to understand their migration needs and offer appropriate visa consultancy solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on visa and migration policies. - Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of visa applications and optimize client experience. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems. - Attend networking events and workshops to promote the company's services and expand professional contacts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within visa consultancy, migration services, or related fields. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Strong understanding of visa processes and migration policies is a plus. - Customer-focused with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events as needed.
