Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales and operations departments by preparing quotations, proposals, and reports, coordinating deliveries, managing invoicing, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. This role is critical to maintaining a smooth workflow between sales, operations, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue sales quotations and proposals
- Generate monthly reports
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule and follow up on deliveries
- Process client invoices accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients via email and phone for order follow-ups and service updates
- Maintain and update the client database and sales records
- Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Ensure timely documentation and compliance with internal procedures
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders
- Address and resolve client queries in a professional manner
- Handling office administrative works
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
