The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is key to keeping the sales process organized, efficient, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
- Liaise with production, design, and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
- Support in organizing sales documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls/emails) and assign to the respective sales representatives.
- Monitor proposal status and follow up with clients for approvals and feedback.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships by providing post-sales support and service coordination.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in signage, construction, or advertising industry.
- Ability to draft professional business correspondence.
