Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy Sales Coordinator who is confident in direct client engagement and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This individual will manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, primarily in real estate, with the opportunity to expand into financial products based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads through cold calls, WhatsApp, networking, and prospecting and handle reception duties.
- Set appointments and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client needs and present tailored real estate and financial solutions.
- Promote and sell residential/commercial properties and related financial services (insurance, investment products, etc.).
- Coordinate site visits, consultations, and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent client servicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding, CRM updates, and backend support.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and support team growth goals.
- Handle sales reporting and administrative follow-ups efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in direct sales—preferably in real estate or financial services.
- Strong presentation skills and a professional, well-groomed appearance suitable for high-end client interactions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; confident in face-to-face meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Multilingual candidates or those with exposure to international client bases are encouraged to apply.
