Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Support in coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams for order dispatch and tracking
- Ready to go for stock taking at warehouse every day
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and dashboards
- Manage filing and documentation of client communications and transactions
- Communicate with clients for order confirmations and basic queries
- Assist in following up on outstanding payments and credit documentation
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed
Requirements
- Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service is a plus
- Candidate must have a valid UAE driving license
