- At least 3 years of proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role, preferably within the medical or engineering sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Expertise in Sales Order Management and quotation preparation
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms like SAP or Oracle for managing sales processes
- Currently residing in UAE
