Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotations based on client inquiries and project specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source building materials, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update supplier database with current pricing, lead times, and product availability.
- Liaise with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Track and follow up on quotation approvals and convert them into sales orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sourcing and quotation activities.
- Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost and quality.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, supplier communications, and purchase orders.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or procurement in the building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and supplier networks in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
