Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting sales processes, and promoting our services to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate customer requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or sales-related role, preferably within engineering or technical services
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Own visa preferred
