Now, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Dubai team and help us shape the future of customer service, marketing automation, and AI solutions!
What you will do
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll join an ambitious team dedicated to driving opportunities and closing deals. Your mission? To become an expert in the innovative products we offer, such as customer service solutions, marketing automation tools, and conversational AI technologies. By building trust and acting as a strategic advisor to leads and prospects, you’ll create a funnel of opportunities that fuels our growth.
Your Responsibilities
Market Exploration: Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities across the MENA region, focusing on enterprise customers and sector-specific prospects. Stay informed about the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
Pipeline Building: Generate, nurture, and manage a strong sales pipeline. Forecast monthly sales and prioritize activities to ensure maximum productivity and sales growth.
Customer Engagement: Identify and onboard new enterprise customers, educating them about our product portfolio and complementary services. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer success, technical, and professional services, to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation process for new customers. Coordinate with customers and partners to create and execute business plans that meet sales goals.
Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling customer presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
Sales Enablement: Develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Assist in partner marketing activities such as sales meetings, tradeshows, conferences, and other promotional events.
CRM Management: Maintain an up-to-date customer and contact database in Salesforce CRM. Manage all incoming customer inquiries through Salesforce and the MSC live agent platform.

Additionally, you ideally have
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a similar field of work
Gained some experience in a sales/business development role with a focus on B2B outbound prospecting
Worked with Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
