- Generate leads and identify potential industrial clients across the UAE.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations to showcase products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions based on technical specifications.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to ensure correct product delivery and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in an industrial or engineering company (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply).
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of EPC projects, industrial machinery, or engineering services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
