Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, (through online, offline and tele-sales channels), maintaining accurate databases, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach. This role involves sourcing key decision-makers across target industries, coordinating introductory communication, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales engineering team for proposal and project discussions.
Lead Sourcing & Management:
- Identify and source accurate contact information for potential clients using online/offline methods including LinkedIn, industry publications, and networking databases.
- Target decision-makers in roles such as Engineering, Facilities, Administration, or General Management within:
- Maintain and organize contact details using internal templates and CRM (HubSpot).
Tele-Sales & Communication:
- Initiate first-level communication with potential leads via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Set up initial meetings and coordinate handovers to Sales Engineers or Managers.
- Record engagement progress and improve lead conversion processes.
CRM Management & Pipeline Tracking:
- Utilize HubSpot CRM for data capture, database creation, and lead tracking.
- Ensure all communication, milestones, and updates are properly logged and linked to leads.
- Synchronize contact information from mobile, email (Outlook), and direct uploads.
- Use the “Pipeline Builder” Excel template as a reference for maintaining structured lead tracking on CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or CRM-based client engagement.
- Strong research and data sourcing skills (LinkedIn, databases, social media).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of HVAC/MEP solutions will be a distinct advantage
